Scadenzario has a remote MCP server. A compatible client can read your personal cloud deadlines and create new ones, so the reminders you discuss in a chat can become actual deadlines in your app.

What you can do

From a chat to an actual reminder.

Find upcoming deadlines

Ask “What bills and renewals are due in the next 30 days?” The assistant searches the personal deadlines synced to your account.

Create one or several

Ask “Add car insurance for November 14 and remind me 30, 7 and 1 day before.” The assistant can create reminders, including recurring ones.

Turn a document into dates

Give a contract or statement to your AI client. It can extract the dates and request new Scadenzario deadlines. The MCP server itself does not read the document.

Getting started

Connect your account.

Sign in to Scadenzario and enable cloud synchronization.
In the app, open Settings → Analyze with AI → Connect an assistant.
Generate a personal access token and copy it immediately. The token is displayed only once and can be revoked in the app.
Configure an MCP client that supports a custom Authorization: Bearer header and point it to this endpoint:

Keep the token in an environment variable rather than committing it to a project or sharing it with a directory. For a terminal-based client, for example:

Current limits

What this integration does not do.

The current MCP integration accesses personal synced deadlines only. It cannot edit, mark completed or delete existing deadlines, manage team deadlines, read attached files or edit custom fields. Those actions remain in the Scadenzario app.

Connecting through ChatGPT's public plugin directory or Claude's official connector directory is not yet available. Today you need a compatible MCP client that accepts your personal Bearer token. MCP is not required to use the mobile or web app.
